Nailesteme is a premier Nail Salon in Bucks County. We take pride in our modern Dry manicure technique, high quality products and sterile tools. Prior to booking with us please read our policy carefully. When booking for the first time a deposit will be required. Please be specific when booking your appointments as to what service you need, and if you have a preference in a technician, if nothing is specified your appointment will be booked for a gel manicure, and with the soonest available technician. To book, cancel or reschedule please contact us directly through dm, call the salon or do it online through vagaro, appointment notes, wix chat, and email are not for cancellations or bookings and will not be noticed soon enough. Keep in mind if no one is at the salon we will not be able to answer the phone, in that case please contact us through Instagram. We hope you enjoy our services✨

At Nailesteme, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible. We operate by appointment only so it’s important that all our clients follow our policies 100%. We expect our time to be valued just like we value yours, and our policies to be respected. Please read them carefully prior to booking to make sure you agree. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel/reschedule a service less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of service cost as a fee, no exceptions. This includes double bookings, if you book an appointment while already having one, you must cancel an appointment you booked originally, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee for the appointment you never canceled. There has to be proof of cancellation request in message or a cancellation confirmation. If you called and no one was there to respond please send us a message to avoid fees. Cancellations 1hr or less prior to appointment will be considered a no show and will be required to pay a full service charge. Please make sure you get a cancellation confirmation when you cancel an appointment. Keep in mind when you’re canceling on vagaro you may have different accounts from which you booked, so it may not show you all future appointments. If you’re not sure whether you have upcoming appointments from a different account feel free to reach out to us and we will check for you. *fees must be paid within 48hrs of the appointment to book in the future.
TARDINESS
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Nailesteme and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $10 extra charge for your appointment or we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time and you will be charged for the service you originally booked. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.*fees must be paid within 48hrs of the appointment to book in the future.
DEPOSITS
Ensuring security
At Nailesteme, our technicians are in high demand and we operate by appointment only. To secure appointments for new clients we need a $50 deposit for first visit. All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule 24hrs or more prior to appointment your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. Less than 24hrs prior to appointment deposit cannot be transferred, so in case of a late cancellation or no show your deposit will be lost and to book another appointment an additional $50 deposit will be required to book. When booking online for the first time, we will contact you through the number you provided for deposit instructions, please note your appointment is reserved but NOT accepted until deposit is paid. Deposits are accepted through Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. When deposit is sent please send a screenshot so we can approve your request. When sending through Venmo an additional $1 processing fee will apply✨
NO SHOWS
No shows are not tolerated at Nailesteme. Full service charge will be required to be paid within 48 hours of the missed appointment and to book other appointments in the future $60 (or service charge) deposits will be required. That includes cancellation done an hour or less prior to appointment.
OUR GUARANTEE
At Nailesteme, we guarantee 2 weeks of comfortable gel wear. While a lot of our clients nails last a lot longer, we can fix all cracking and chipping within the 2 weeks after appointment for free, in case of accidents! We will not fix nails for free if you’ve been warned a service you’ve requested may not last on your nails due to weak/damaged nails. We will also not fix gel color discoloration/staining for free as it can be caused by many different things such as hair dye, hair products, tanning products, smoke, clothes, etc. our products have all been tested and trusted for years, they do not stain unless something caused them to outside of the salon.
NO MONEY BACK
We have a no money back policy. If you have any concerns or complaints you can call or dm us with pictures and we’ll be happy to fix any flaws at the time that’s convenient for you. We do not offer color change so make sure when picking your color you’ll be happy to wear it until your next appointment!

No kidding our clients have told us time and again there’s no better place to get a high-quality Cuticle Care than our Nail Salon. We clean everything out using an e-file bit, trim with our Staleks cuticle scissors, and polish with Staleks cuticle nippers. Your cuticles will look fresh and you’ll never want to skip Russian manicure again!
NAIL ENHANCEMENT
At Nailesteme, our Nail Enhancement service is a little different than you might find elsewhere. From the minute you come into our Nail Salon, you’ll know you’re in good hands. Sit back, relax and let us do the rest. Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea we’ll make sure you leave with your favorite nails every time! We’ll make your most creative imaginary designs come to life! Please note we do not offer color changes, once your manicure is done, it’s meant to be worn until your next appointment, if you want to change the color feel free to make your next appointment! If there’s a specific design you know you’ll request just shoot us a picture so we book you the right amount of time and won’t have to rush🌸

Our highly trained technicians are here to tackle all of your needs with a high-quality Pedicure that will leave you looking and feeling your best. This service can be combined with others for a truly unparalleled experience.
GEL NAIL EXTENSIONS
We only work with gel but that doesn’t mean we can’t make your nails longer! All four of our experienced nail technicians can perform nail extensions using gel, making your artificial nails look thin and natural while keeping them strong and long-lasting, but don’t forget to come in for refills regularly, as grown out extended nails put a lot of pressure on your natural nails! Remember, extensions are an addition to your service and take more time, just let us know you will need to extend and we’ll be sure to book the right amount of time for your appointment!
DESIGNS
At Nailesteme, we are excited to try different designs and love to be creative! We have a large verity of stickers and decals you can pick during your appointment, as well as hand drawn designs upon request✨
E-GIFT CARD
At Nailesteme you can purchase an e-gift card for $3! When purchasing a gift card please provide your name, a name of who will be receiving the gift, an amount you want to put on the gift card, and a note (optional). When paying for the gift card please include a $3 purchase fee or it will be taken from the total and the remaining amount will go on the card. Minimum amount you can put on the gift card is $30, if you wish to put less please contact us to find out what you can do! An e-gift card expires 3 months after purchase so if you don’t use it before it expires contact us and will transfer it as credit to your name for future services!
